What tests are possible with the G-Walk Sensor Software?
Not only short back and forth steps, but also 6 minutes of outside steps, running on the treadmill and testing for specific pathologies can be performed and reported on.
Various tests:
- WALK Protocol: analyses the walking pattern
- Timed UP&GO test: analyses the risk of falling by older persons
- Turn test: analyses the progress of degenerative neurological diseases such as e.g. Parkinson´s.
- 6 Minutes Walking test: objective analysis of residual functional ability of patients with a neurological or muscular disorder on the basis of an analysis of 6 minutes of walking. (Can possibly be done outdoors, also outside Bluetooth range with capturing on the memory of the sensor).
- Indoor Running Test: test analyses the running pattern and checks for asymmetry or overstressing while running.
